OMG!!!! I personally do not care how anyone sees themselves to be. HE, SHE, THEY, THEM… it is their right to live the way they want to live and be who they want to be. What I DO have a problem with is EVERY TIME you turn around something else is being changed to accommodate someone’s feelings, to help them feel included. It is not the TERMS that need to be changed, it is the way people see others.
I realize not all reports you see or read about may not true, but to even have them brought up is insane. I mean changing “Mom” or “Mother” to “BIRTHING VESSEL” that is a flat out NO!! To drop male centric terms like “FRESHMAN”, “SENIOR”, “HE”, “SHE” to become more inclusive again a flat out NO!!
I am not posting this to open up a debate regarding gender choices, so please do not post comments down that road. You can only take so much away till you have everyone loosing everything. IMHO
